Was a very simple room, one small window close to the ceiling, not much natural light. Bathroom was clean, but shower and toilet in one. Location is good, close to the bazar and a lot of warungs.

We booked 5 rooms for 3 days, but unfortunately, the conditions were unacceptable and caused significant inconvenience: 1. Water Leakage: During the night, rainwater entered through the ceiling, which made the stay very uncomfortable and unsafe. 2. No Electricity and Water: At around 7 AM, there was no electricity or running water, further impacting our ability to stay. 3. Request for Checkout Denied: We requested to check out early due to these issues, but the staff refused to refund any amount, despite the clear failure to provide basic amenities. This experience does not reflect the standard we expect from RedDoorz, and we kindly urge you to process a full or partial refund for the affected stay.
